Over the years, WordPress has grown from free, open-source, blogging platform into a full-fledged Content Management System. Today it is used by everyone from the average person to Fortune 500 companies. Despite such growth and popularity, it remains both free and open-source!
I offer both theme customization and full-custom design services. Every site I build is easy to use and mobile responsive. Best of all, I provide basic training for free! I’ll give you a quick tour of the WordPress interface and teach you how to create simple posts, add images and create galleries. If you can use Microsoft Word, I can teach you to update your WordPress site. If you need in-depth training, I provide this as an extra service.
Maintenance and Support
WordPress maintenance is essential to ensure your site runs properly, but it can be a chore for most people. Additionally, updating your site content can be time consuming if you are not accustomed to web development. I offer monthly maintenance and content update packages to save you the hassle.

Jekyll is GitHub’s simple, blog-aware, static site generator. The best way to describe Jekyll without getting technical is that it takes a website template I create, combines it with the content you provide and “generates” static HTML files that can be run on just about any host provider.
The primary benefit is that there are no software or security updates for you to worry about. Therefore, monthly maintenance costs are practically non-existent. Since there is no database involved, static sites load far faster on average. The downside is that it will require a web developer such as myself to push any update to the website.
